In some Mistral services, user‑provided input and output (conversations, documents, etc.) may be used for model training. Users can opt out at any time.

Vibe (web) is not opted out by default. Open the Admin panel, select Vibe, and in the Privacy section turn off the toggle “Allow your interactions to be used to train our models”. Uploaded documents count as input data, so disabling the toggle prevents them from being used for training.

Vibe (mobile) on iOS or Android: go to the app Settings, open Data & Account Controls, and deselect the “Enable data sharing” checkbox.

Mistral Studio and API: in the Admin panel’s left‑hand navigation, open the Privacy menu, locate the “Anonymous improvement data” option, and disable the toggle to stop API call data from being used to improve the services.

The Vibe and API opt‑out toggles are independent; each must be configured separately.

Once the opt‑out is confirmed, Mistral will no longer use your input or output data for training.
