OmouAI is an interactive deliberation platform that merges large language models (LLMs) with computational argumentation. A human user can engage with simulated personas—stakeholders, domain experts, or devil’s advocates—each producing its own set of arguments. All arguments are assembled into a shared argumentation framework, and the user may contest, add, or revise them, providing essential human oversight. The framework is then evaluated with deterministic argumentative semantics against external goals such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, guaranteeing faithful explanations. Changes in these goals serve as quantitative signals for policy recommendations, helping to curb sycophancy.
